How does Svarwise work?
Svarwise connects to your Google Business Profile and uses AI to generate personalized, on-brand responses to your reviews. Simply connect your account, customize your brand tone, and start generating responses in seconds.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Svarwise?
No technical knowledge required. Our interface is designed to be intuitive and simple. If you can use email, you can use Svarwise.
How long does setup take?
Setup takes less than 5 minutes. Connect your Google Business Profile, set your brand tone preferences, and you're ready to start responding to reviews.
What languages are supported?
Svarwise currently supports English, Polish (Polski), German (Deutsch), and Swedish (Svenska). We're constantly adding more languages based on user demand.

How does the 10-day free trial work?
Start using Svarwise immediately with full access to all features for 10 days. No credit card required. After the trial, choose a plan that fits your needs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

Absolutely. Every response is a draft that you can edit, customize, or regenerate before posting. You maintain full control.
How does sentiment analysis work?
Our AI automatically analyzes each review to detect positive, neutral, or negative sentiment. This helps you prioritize urgent responses and understand customer feedback trends.
Can I customize the tone of responses?
Yes. You can set your default brand tone (professional, friendly, casual, etc.) and adjust it for individual responses. The AI learns your brand voice over time.
What are guardrails?
Guardrails are safety measures that prevent the AI from generating inappropriate, off-brand, or unprofessional responses. They ensure every response aligns with your brand values.
Can I respond to reviews in different languages?
Yes. Svarwise can generate responses in English, Polish, German, and Swedish, regardless of the review's original language.
Integrations
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Currently, we integrate with Google Business Profile. Integration with more platforms (Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor) is coming soon.
Is my Google Business Profile data secure?
Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication and never store your Google password. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest with bank-level security (AES-256-GCM).
Do I need to disconnect my existing tools?
No. Svarwise works alongside your existing tools and workflows. You can continue using other platforms while benefiting from AI-powered responses.
AI & Safety
Which AI model powers Svarwise?
We use OpenAI's latest models, fine-tuned specifically for review response generation. The AI is trained to be helpful, accurate, and brand-safe.
Will the AI make mistakes?
While our AI is highly accurate, we always recommend reviewing responses before posting. That's why every response is a draft you can edit.
Can customers tell responses are AI-generated?
No. Our AI generates natural, personalized responses that sound human. Each response is tailored to the specific review and your brand voice.
What if the AI generates something inappropriate?
Our guardrails prevent inappropriate content. Additionally, all responses are drafts that require your approval before posting.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We implement bank-level encryption (AES-256-GCM for data at rest, TLS/SSL for data in transit), row-level security on all database tables, and regular security audits.
Who can see my reviews and responses?
Only you and users you explicitly grant access to. We never share your data with third parties except our service providers (OpenAI for AI, Stripe for payments).
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We are fully GDPR compliant. You can request data export, deletion, or correction at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with automatic backups and redundancy.
